• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

• Develop relationships with investors and other real estate agents
• Negotiate sales between the company and investors 
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities
• Identify investments for the company or your clients 
• Prospecting independently sourced and company-provided leads 

• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Technology driven
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred

• You must be coachable, consistent, and charismatic 
• Similar to a traditional agent, this role is independent and requires a Texas Real Estate license 
• Reimbursement program initial licensing
