We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, entering and dispatching service calls to our technicians, scheduling installations, processing payments, and performing data entry.
Our Customer Service Reps are the backbone of the company and are key to keeping our customers happy. This is a fast-paced position that involves answering high volume calls, entering, and dispatching service calls to our technicians. In addition to scheduling installations, processing payments, performing data entry, and other duties assigned.
