Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
A customer service technician is responsible to deliver product and perform basic maintenance on our beverage dispensing equipment for our customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but not limited to the following:
· Daily evaluate the route to load
· Pull product for customer deliveries
· Scan and load product and CO2 for delivery route
· Print load sheet for the day
· Collaborate with Warehouse manager to verify load sheet and inventory on truck
· Clear Service calls with CSM/Regional Manager
· Settle deposits
· Travel to customer locations
· Deliver product to customers
· PM or Repair system when at the customer location (when required)
· Remove empty CO2 cylinders from customer locations
· Replace empty CO2 cylinders at the warehouse
· Maintain product rotation on van and at customer locations
· Maintain parts inventory in vehicle
· Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
· Responsible for maintaining vehicle maintenance
· Report customer needs to CSR/WM/RM
Requirements
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
· 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience
· Mechanical Ability Required
· Able to Lift 50 pounds
· Clean driving record
· Good Customer Service Skills
