Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, leasing, and ensuring compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate property showings and lease signings
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals
- Monitor rent collection and financial performance of properties
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
Experience:
- Proficiency in office management and legal administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices, Appfolio and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle conflict management with tenants effectively
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
- Proven ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve disputes
- Prior experience in property leasing is a plus
