Job Summary:
We are seeking a Roving Assistant/ Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, tenants' needs are met, and financial goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and financial performance
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
- Market available units and conduct tours for prospective tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency management

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Real Estate administrative processes and procedures
- Experience with property management software such as OneSite is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Facilities management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Ability to interpret and enforce lease agreements and contracts
