Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction-related tasks and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare apartments for new residents by addressing any maintenance or cosmetic issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plastering
- Conduct inspections to ensure units meet quality standards
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

- Experience in plastering, carpentry, trim carpentry, construction painting, stucco work, and welding
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for repair work
- Knowledge of construction estimating for materials and labor costs
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to restore units to pristine condition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
