Digital Marketing Manager / Amazon Brand Manager

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to steer our marketing endeavors from strategy to execution. This role is perfect for those who are adept at wearing multiple hats, from strategic planning to hands-on content creation and campaign management. You will play a crucial role in elevating our brand, driving engagement, and contributing to our growth trajectory. As our Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will leverage your expertise in Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to develop and execute strategic campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with specific experience in Amazon advertising and PPC campaign management. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting digital marketing initiatives aimed at efficiently increasing new customer acquisition and enhancing brand awareness across various digital platforms. The role is responsible for social media, Website Management, Email Campaign Strategy, and reporting/optimization. A dedicated individual who will take on the responsibility of overseeing all the company's marketplaces, Digital presence on various Social Media platforms. This role places significant emphasis on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales for our products on the Amazon platform.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, optimizing keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and advertising spend, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to align PPC advertising initiatives with overall business objectives and product launch schedules.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and best practices in PPC advertising to keep our campaigns competitive and effective.
  • Test and iterate on new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to improve campaign performance and drive incremental sales growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to senior management and make data-driven recommendations for future campaign optimization and investment.
  • Listing Optimization and Creation: Effectively creating, managing, and optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be characterized by their strong attention to detail, a commitment to ongoing learning and growth within the role, resilience, independence, fast learning ability, self-motivation, and a dedicated execution of tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising, preferably within an eCommerce or retail environment.
  • Amazon PPC: Experience with Amazon Pay-Per-Click advertising is a valuable asset for this role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Amazon PPC advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of Amazon Advertising Console and related tools.
  • Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques to drive performance and ROI.
  • Strong Amazon PPC experience; understanding of the broader picture and main Amazon PPC strategies, along with detailed knowledge of the tactics and technical aspects of Amazon PPC.
  • Comprehensive understanding of launching and ranking products in the Amazon ecosystem; knowledge of the Amazon algorithm and how to succeed in the Amazon marketplace.
  • Expertise in orchestrating product launches via PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, accompanied by the ability to analyze data for PPC campaigns and make necessary adjustments for successful launches.
  • Brand Management experience with a proven track record of driving bottom-line growth for Amazon brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Background in B2B and Consumer marketing via online media sources including paid search, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities to gauge market trends and campaign effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills, generating reports, and action plans resulting in effective and profitable online sales.
