We are looking for an General Manager to help our business continue to grow. There are 5 areas that GM/Operations Manager needs to manage: The job of the GM is to participate with Ownership and Sr. Management in day-to-day execution of the strategic vision that guides the company. This is considered a Sr. Management Position and reports directly to the owner

b. Create New Processes as needed in ALL areas of business

4) Financial

a. Creating Budgets

b. Understanding P&L (income statement) and Balance Sheet

c. Understanding income and Expense

d. Understanding how cash flows through the business

e. Credit and Collections

f. Financing your business

5) Risk

a. Liability Insurance

b. Work Comp / Work Place Safety

c. AR and Invoices vs AP for managing cash flow

d. Employment Law

e. SWOT Analysis
