Overview/Risks
This internship position is for a college student, majoring in Human Resources or Labor Relations who is looking to gain experience in a corporate envirmonment over the course of a 10 week period. Performing many of the functions of a junior Recruiter, the selected individual will get hands-on experience in the day-to day Talent function.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner and make recommendations by submitting screened candidate slates for all openings.
- Uses passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, internet searching
- Develop effective prescreening questions and review resumes to match needs of the position/organization as needed.
- Phone screen passive and active applicants.
- Schedule in person and Video interviews
