MST Solutions is Hiring a Remote Key Account Manager - SLED
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. Our key account manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer needs and objectives
Concisely communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key account status(es)
5 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
5 years experience in working with public sector, state and local government agencies - Arizona preferred
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Must have demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Must be able to effectively prospect and identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis and present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts
Must have good knowledge of the SDLC, and experience in project management
Must have Effective and Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are required with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer's senior-level executives
Must have experience in cloud technology: AWS, SAP, Microsoft, Google, Gartner
Experience with Salesforce CRM is nice ot have, but not required
Hybrid work schedule - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote
