Here is what a typical day might look like:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical construction sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the mechanical construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Must successfully pass a background check
• You may have held these roles in the past: Service Sales, Account Executive, Account Manager, Field Sales Representative
