Role and Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training materials for team leaders and technicians on the Field Services module within ViewPoint Vista software.
• Responsible to build and adjust processes and policies regarding the software.
• Monitor software performance, address issues off-site, and enhance processes as needed.
• Establish and modify processes and policies to optimize software utilization.
• Conduct on-site training sessions at regional offices and in the field to ensure consistent training.
• Disseminate training materials to technicians and provide ongoing support.
• Manage and establish standard processes for software utilization by Field Service Team.
• Ensure the process is followed by technicians throughout all regional offices.
• Work with Service Managers and Team Leaders to elevate their proficiency and expertise in utilizing the software.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and notify the leadership team of potential improvements.
• Assist new hires in learning the software and create training videos for onboarding purposes.
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or something similar and/or a combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop training programs tailored to team leaders' needs.
• Travel to regional offices for training purposes as required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and remote troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills to engage with field staff and deliver software assistance.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ViewPoint software, especially the Field Services module is preferred.
