Who are we hiring?

The Senior Systems Analyst will work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Applications to complete system updates, administration, and implementation of corporate applications while supporting highly visible, enterprise-wide financial and operational systems. The Analyst will focus on maintaining and administrating Oracle applications, specifically ARCS and EPBCS and will be responsible for end user support of ARCS and EPBCS. Knowledge of FCCS is an added advantage. This Analyst supports the reconciliation, budget, and forecast cycles, monthly financial close, and financial reporting needs. The Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and complete documentation of existing and proposed business processes. The Analyst is responsible for successful engagement with stakeholders and the delivery of timely results that support business needs.

What will you do?

• Lead on-going efforts in direct support and maintenance of Oracle’s Cloud based SaaS solutions within the EPM suite - including EPBCS, ARCS and Reporting offerings. Knowledge of FCCS is a strong plus.
• Evaluate existing budget and planning system processes for inefficiencies and establish new flows, and configurations, for streamlined processing.
• Implement and deploy solutions that enhance and streamline reconciliation and budget and forecasting processes to achieve defined business goals.
• Direct support of month-end closing process as directed by the business.
• Create, update, and enhance existing reporting inventory.
• Maintain and update existing system and application documentation.
• Ensure all activities are being tracked in Service Now.
• Active participation in enhancement as well as implementation of other EPM suite of applications.
• Work closely with Technology leaders and business function experts to execute a strategy that addresses evolving reconciliation and budgeting/forecasting needs by the business.
• Advise and work on high-impact activities within the systems’ development lifecycle and provide direction for the technical staff.
• Effectively collaborate with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs.
• Provide expertise and participate in business process workflow, analysis, and reengineering.
• Demonstrate and share understanding of department's technology development and support activities.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of assigned business process area(s).

What do you need to succeed?

• 5 years of experience with System Administration processes and End User Support within Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Strong Oracle EPM ecosystem acumen (specifically ARCS, EPBCS and FCCS) and understanding of Oracle’s SaaS related product offerings.
• Expertise in running various reconciliation and planning cycles.
• Technical integration experience and proficiency, inbound and outbound, with advanced financial systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to support financial planning process through system development, configuration, modeling, and integrations.
• Ability to perform adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management or customer.
• Ability to interact effectively with system users, management, corporate departments, and outside vendors.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, solving critical issues while handling multiple deadlines.
