what the role is
The Studio is comprised of both Creative and Technical minded Directors. From an overall perspective this enables well rounded mentoring for each designer as they determine their creative and technical strengths. Each individual will work on both creative and technical projects - creating experiences that allow individuals to witness the full project scope. Each designer will be assigned to a Studio and its associated Director (Studio Directors) where they will work with a project team, assist the Director and Studio Manager, and be advised on administrative-based needs. In addition to working within their studio, designers will also assist on other projects outside of their studio as needed.
