Description / Purpose of Position:

Revit modelers wanted! Working with engineers for building design. Power load and lighting calculating experience and experience with electrical systems is a plus. Must have 5 years’ experience with REVIT and general knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Great benefits, including 401k (with match), profit sharing, health and wellness plans, and paid time off! Responsibilities:

· Work with engineers for building design

· Calculate power load and lighting

· Collaborate and communicate across multi-discipline and multi-company/consultant project teams.

• Assist project managers with model presentation and client meetings
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or studying toward and equivalent and applicable degree

· 5 Years of relevant experience as an electrical designer or REVIT/BIM modeler in the A/E industry

· Proficient in AutoCAD 3D and/or REVIT

· Willing to work extended and flexible hours as required to complete assignments

· Physically capable of traveling to and from project sites for field observations, project meetings, and visual acuity to perform responsibilities in poor lighting and difficult environments

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
