Qualities, Duties and Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Service accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Complete weekly and monthly sales reports to use for developing sales plans and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
5 years of customer service/sales experience, preferably in the water treatment field or other related industry
Associate degree in a technical discipline is a plus.
Able to work with computers, MS Office, Excel & Power Point
Shift
1st Shift (8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday – Friday)
Occasional Travel within the United States
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
