Key Job Responsibilities

• Be a proactive member of the Network to level up consistently worldwide practices and application of the standards
• Learning by doing through network
• Relaying best practices through corrective actions to the Group level (France)
• Analysis, reporting and initiating corrective action of customer warranty claims.
• Communicate corrective and preventive action plan activities to customers.
• Provide product improvements to design department
• Maintain positive relationships with our customers-Internal and External
• Ensure Customer / Marketing Requirements are analyzed (Pull or Push projects
• Analyzes the past issues on similar products to avoid recurrences (RETEX- NEVER AGAIN approach)
• Defines the quality targets in accordance with Customers and Poclain targets.
• Participates in concept reviews, ensuring that KS (Knowledge Standards) are accounted for
• Participates in Design and Process risk analysis to ensure that risks are addressed.
• Validates production readiness through the run at rate methodology.
• Establishes customer PPAP when required
• Establishes project lessons learned from project
• Be the leader for customer audit

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, with manufacturing environment background
• Experience with RMA, Corrective Actions and Warranty
• Building relationships with customers
• Forward thinking
