 Job Opportunity For Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a motivated, creative individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Associate. Do you have a passion for graphics and marketing? If so, we want you to join our marketing team!

We offer our employees flexible work from home opportunities. Our marketing team works in a hybrid office and work from home schedule. Expect to work 2-3 days per week at our locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland and the remaining days will be remote. There may be occasional compensated travel to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware location. 

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media
• Generate compelling content for social media, email, and print sources that tells a story and is consistent with our brand 
• Assist in management of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Assist with managing marketing email account with graphics and content
• Assist in management of paid advertising channels including Google and Meta Ads, direct mail, and local channels
• Design and order print materials for promotions, events, sponsorships, and internal use
• Create and schedule content for social media including graphics and captions
• Assist the marketing team and other staff with ongoing programs/events, including but not limited to partnership events and customer appreciations
• Ensure current and relevant graphics and promotions are being displayed on websites and social media platforms
• Work with various departments such as HR, Sales, and Operations to fulfill design requests
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
• Manage and respond to reviews
• Additional tasks may include assisting with event outreach activities, among others
• Other duties as required

Requirements

We expect you to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing or related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic design principles and graphic design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
