Your Role:

You manage marketing operations and campaign delivery as an essential partner to our Marketing Communications team. You stay ahead of trends and constantly seek new, creative ways to elevate how we plan, develop, and deliver high-impact campaigns that connect with our audiences across a diverse array of channels. And because you know our business and marketing priorities, you’re always looking to uncover new ways that bring fresh insights and experiences to our target audiences on issues that matter to them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain campaign and activity entries and updates in shared planning tools; activate planning of marketing campaigns; and provide monthly and quarterly outlooks to align resources, budgets, and vendors.
  • Support select campaigns through project management, activity tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and update marketing planning assets, playbooks, and templates and manage, update, and promote the Marketing Communications portal site and resources.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues, business partners, and external vendors to help bring select campaigns to life.
  • Track the value created by marketing efforts and help communicate our collective impact to business leaders.
  • Keep a pulse on the team’s priorities and proactively identify ways to tap into marketing programs led by other teams and partners.
  • Create strong relationships with colleagues across the business to foster a positive, creative, collaborative environment.
  • Support budget management and forecasting

Here's What You Need: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing activity planning and execution (or similar) in a professional services, technology, or similar field--either military or civilian
  • Ability to plan and coordinate workflow across teams in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting objectives and deadlines, delivering outcomes, and motivating others to do the same.
  • Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects.
  • Ability to align and move people and teams into action by communicating your ideas and plans in ways that inspire, build trust, and motivate action.
  • Excellent people engagement skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting--either military or civilian

  • US Federal government industry experience or exposure

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  • California: $91,900 - $174,500
  • Colorado: $91,900 - $150,600
  • New York: $85,100 - $174,500
  • Washington State: $97,900 - $160,500
