Mr. Hospitality is a fully integrated hospitality management group that conceptualizes, owns and operates restaurants and five-star nightlife destinations in Miami. We are looking for a flexible, energetic and versatile Marketing Manager who will contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns, responsible for the growth of our social media & marketing channels, assist with the coordination of and execution of promotional video and photo shoots. As a Marketing Manager you will work closely with our Creative Director and Head Graphic designer in creating engaging content for all marketing and social media outlets.

The responsibilities include:

• Social Media Content Management for multiple accounts which includes generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and reposts) and email campaigns that attract and convert our target groups
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. IG Icons, Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures), weekly social media reports and upkeep of social media mentions
• At least once a week, networking event must be performed and business cards must be handed over
• Assist as requested on projects including, but not limited to offsites, holidays, special events, ect...
• Consistent weekly content that is on brand per venue, along with special events and unique initiatives
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Collaborate with dedicated social agency and third party vendors and collaborators
• Help build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, promoters, brands, agencies and vendors
• Help prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners, social media posts to hard copy brochures
• Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Help monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

The ideal candidate must have :

• Must have 4-5 years demonstrable experience in marketing and social media management
• Advance knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Experiences in designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
• A sense of aesthetics and the ability to produce great copy and witty communication
• Ability to help deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Open minded, accepting and adaptable to change, always a team player, courteous and welcoming
• Clear professional communication both verbally and written
• Experiences in Web Design
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field is required
