A growing Women's Resort/Swimwear brand is seeking a Sales Manager, to be the forefront of the company's global sales efforts, with a primary focus on building the brand's presence throughout North America. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving growth, fostering customer relationships, and optimizing sales performance. The ideal candidate must be able to drive sales growth by nurturing relationships with current clients and prospects, while also identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand the brand's customer base and business channels. Must maintain relationships with better majors and boutiques including Bloomingdales, Shopbop, Saks, Neimans, FWRD, etc. This role will foster collaboration between internal teams and sales representatives to develop comprehensive sales strategies and achieve aggressive growth objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of wholesale experience in wholesale, with a proven track record and an established network of buyers in the swim/resort space.
- Savviness in Microsoft Office programs, with a particular emphasis on Excel, to leverage data analysis and reporting effectively.
-Strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-Direct managerial exp in overseeing reps is ideal
