Winter 2025 Partnerships & Business Development Intern

PRTNR Recruiting is a boutique, full-time search agency supporting fashion, beauty, and consumer lifestyle brands to hire talent that fits their specific needs. We partner closely with founders and senior leadership to build high-impact teams across all business functions. Our work is hands-on, relationship-driven, and grounded in a deep understanding of how fast-paced consumer brands grow.

We will only review applicants who are currently enrolled in college or university.

• Conduct research to support new business development

• Analyze prospective clients and trends across fashion, retail, and consumer sectors

• Learn to build and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities

• Track business development metrics and performance

• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and email outreach

• Currently pursuing a degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/PR a plus)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet

• Highly responsive during work hours

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Professional, curious, and interested in client relationship management

• Curiosity about executive recruiting, fashion, or consumer-driven industries

• Willingness to support marketing initiatives, including social and email outreach

• Exposure to high-level business development strategy within a boutique recruiting agency

• Experience working directly with recruiters and agency leadership

• Hands-on understanding of client acquisition and relationship management
