A fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead social content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships with a strong focus on the weddings category. This role is responsible for developing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and other social platforms while helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
It's a mix of in office and on shoots 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage daily social media content across multiple platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content.
- Develop social calendars and execute content strategies.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event coverage.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots, events, and product launches.
- Track engagement metrics and provide performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and leadership teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of social media, influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Experience creating social-first content and writing compelling captions.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
- Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills.
- Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Based within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA.
