RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive wholesale growth strategy across department stores and specialty retail
- Manage and grow key accounts; lead seasonal sell-in and assortments
- Own wholesale P&L, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Partner cross-functionally on product, pricing, and inventory
- Expand B2B and new distribution opportunities
- 7 years wholesale experience in fashion or accessories
- Strong department store background (Dillard’s, Macy’s preferred; sporting goods a plus)
- Proven account management and revenue growth success
- Strong merchandising and financial acumen
- Client-facing, organized, and comfortable in a lean team
- Kids category experience is a plus
