RESPONSIBILITIES- Own OTB, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and allocation strategies
- Lead weekly/monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Turn data into actionable insights for merchandising and leadership
- Build scalable planning tools and processes
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years in planning (fashion/accessories preferred)
- Strong OTB, inventory, and financial planning experience
- Background across wholesale DTC
- Advanced Excel; systems experience a plus
