RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead product development across multiple seasonal categories, ensuring timelines are met.

Track materials, trims, samples, and approvals while maintaining clear communication with global factory partners.

Act as the connector between design, technical design, and production teams, keeping information flowing and organized.

Maintain digital dashboards and documentation to support cross-time-zone collaboration.

Identify and solve challenges proactively, offering solutions that keep production on track.

Help shape the PD structure as the team grows, eventually managing direct reports.
REQUIREMENTS

5 years in product development, ideally with swimwear, resortwear, or luxury apparel.

Strong background in managing multi-category calendars and supplier communication.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
