Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and mentoring a team of outside sales representatives. This role demands a proactive,strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, training, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience and proven one-call close experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead,motivate, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help achieve sales targets and personal development goals. 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Coordinate communication between the production department, administration, and other departments.
• Develop and manage budgets and sales goals.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and other sales related data for senior management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of success in outside sales management, preferably within the home improvement or construction industry. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a productive relationship with clients and industry partners. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and other sales tools. 
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
