Administrative/Benefits Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
An Administrative/Benefits Assistant provides secretarial and administrative services for the residential, intake, and nursing programs. They assist with completing service benefits documents and serve as a resource in other project-oriented capacities, providing research, analysis, and/or data-gathering functions. Additionally, they track regulatory and corporate compliance documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely fashion. This assistant will also manage the financial aspects of inventory, budgets, and requisitions. They represent themselves positively and professionally to individuals supported, families, staff, and the public.
