We are looking for hard-working, friendly and compassionate people to join our team! Responsibilities :

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.
• Maintain visitor sign- in log.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.

Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information. Requirements : Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred. Benefits :
