This position is responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring our staff to provide outstanding customer experiences. The General Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, implementing company policies and procedures, and executing marketing & sales strategies while creating a positive team culture. The successful candidate will also be a self-motivated leader with the ability to implement strategic initiatives, have prior outdoor retail experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a passion for the outdoors and its community.
