Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive understanding of the documentation lifecycle and structured documentation planning.
• Proficiency in common web technologies and adeptness in utilizing technical writing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe CC, and Document Management Systems.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex information into easily understandable content.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with industry style guides and writing for an international audience.
• Previous experience in software development or the payment industry is a plus.
