If so, Mosser Companies has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to advocate for the well-being of our employees and support the growth of our company.

• As a valued member of our Human Resources team, the HR Generalist will report directly to the Vice President of HR and provide essential support to employees and managers across our San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles locations. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, workers' compensation, safety training, and accident investigation.

• Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is essential, with the ability to serve as an English/Spanish interpreter.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations matters.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and conducting online meetings (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• A college degree is preferred but not required; professional certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for travel between work locations is necessary.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to consistently perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and travel between job sites and properties.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
