Join the Mosquito Joe team! Mosquito Joe, a local and family-owned company, is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a part time position.

The Customer Service Representative job is a seasonal position taking place during the active mosquito season, typically between April and September.

Once our Mosquito Joe season is complete, stay on to be apart of our Holiday lighting team. Shifts will vary mornings, or afternoons.

The number of hours worked per week can vary depending on customer needs, applicant preference and availability.

What We Do :

Mosquito Joe provides services to make Outside Fun Again for our customers. We provide mosquito control services to residential and commercial customers, killing and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks and fleas

What You’ll Do :

• Promote and maintain outstanding customer relations to provide support and information on products or services.
• Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls to answer prospect and customer inquiries and sign-up new customers
• Ensures follow up calls are made to customers
• Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting customer issues professionally
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ questions and / or concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and other learning and education
• Willingness to promote Mosquito Joe
• Thoroughly explains to the customer the expectations for service and procedures
• Prepares reports for owners
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements :

• Outstanding customer service skills capable of exceeding high standards for customers
• Excellent communication, especially telephone, skills
• Friendly and Professional
• Positive & Friendly attitude
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Motivated and flexible, willing to take initiative
• Self-confident
• Sales experience preferred, although not required
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
• Comfortable using a computer, proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Reliable, including transportation
• Compensation : $15.50-$18 (TBD)
