Mosaic Marketing Services is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator (part-time) Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the team by assisting the marketing staff in executing marketing programs such as coordinating sales and marketing collateral material that is maintained at each client community; client community signage projects; supporting builder relations; maintain product information on various websites; manage ever changing community updates; and various other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must possess good written, computer and oral communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator role requires a cooperative team attitude, ability to handle multiple projects at once, excellent time management skills, problem solving ability, keen attention to detail, and the support of initiatives in line with company’s values and overall vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Project Coordination – assist with various marketing programs/projects including sales office displays, creative kick-offs, special projects, manage project approvals by appropriate clients/parties, promotional events (as needed) and other misc. projects.
  • Builder Coordination & Support – Manage new builder launch, maintain builder toolkits by client community, create quarterly builder recaps and disseminate to partners, create social media posts focused on homes, maintain sales pacing and co-broke trackers, audit website to ensure it is up to date with product and client community details.
  • Collateral Coordination – Work with staff at each client community to maintain appropriate levels of collateral sales materials. Work with print vendors for best pricing/quality. Maintain inventory and full libraries for each client community – physical and digital.
  • Displays Coordination - monitor displays in each of the communities to ensure they are up to date by creating a spreadsheet (by site) with each display, size, last updated, vendor, etc.
  • Signage Coordination – monitor client community on-site and off-site signage programs. Review current signage, opportunities for new signage, contracts, and more.
  • Onsite Marketing Coordination & Support – visit project sites as needed to meet with stakeholders, collect intelligence and problem solve, deliver and rollout marketing programs to onsite and stakeholder teams.
  • Social Media – create social media posts to promote new home product for each client community monthly.
  • Vendor Contacts - set up and identify new vendors as needed, maintain vendor database per community.
  • Will need to produce tracking spreadsheet reports and monitor/give status updates.
  • May be instructed to perform a variety of clerical/administrative duties in the position which may include switching job tasks frequently throughout the day.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing or customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with Dropbox, Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint), Asana and Google Docs, Sheets
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong knowledge of print production process including paper stocks, print types, finishing processes
  • Navigating various social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Must have a personal computer, mac preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Access to a professional looking and noise-free dedicated workspace for video conferencing
  • Dependable transportation to travel to project sites as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
