Purpose:
The Manager in Training (MIT) learns all aspects of our sales business and develops a deep understanding of our store operations with the goal of optimizing our sales performance and operational excellence. Having a willingness to learn and dive deep, work through complex and detailed tasks, and get things done with an unwavering focus on the customer and team members is a must. This position will be working cross-functionally within Sales, Store Operations and Talent Management.
