Job details

Our healthcare team is expanding and we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our staff in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role is integral in offering excellent care to our patients and enhancing their overall healthcare experience. Duties

  • Delivering direct care to patients under supervision of nursing staff.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of patients’ health by helping with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
  • Monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  • Reporting any change in patients' health status to the nursing staff.
  • Assuring the cleanliness and safety of our patients' environment.
  • Assisting in patients’ rehabilitation process by helping them with walking and range of motion exercises.
  • Helping with patients’ meal preparation and feeding, if needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 18 years old and above
  • Proof of COVID vaccination or willingness to get one
  • Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminologies, regulations, and procedures.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
  • Ability to undergo a background check
