As our Phlebotomy Technician, your duties will include:

• Skillfully conducting venipunctures, capillary punctures, and specialized collection techniques.
• Ensuring accurate and complete specimen preparation for transfer to off-site facilities.
• Paying meticulous attention to patient identification, label requirements, and specimen handling.
• Assisting with specimen collection, tracking, and lab processing to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhering strictly to hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety.
• Collaborating with the Laboratory Manager to calibrate instruments, maintain quality control, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Assisting with labeling vials, interpreting physicians' instructions, and entering patient data into our Nimble Lab Information System.

To qualify for the Phlebotomy Technician position, candidates must:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.

• Be able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
