Duties of the position will include:

• Assessing Needs: Listen actively to customers' inquiries and concerns to understand their needs fully.
• Providing Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about products or services, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Offering Recommendations: Suggest products or services based on customers' preferences, needs, and budget.
• Demonstrating Products: If applicable, demonstrate how products/services work or showcase their benefits to customers.
• Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
• Process Sales Transactions: Complete the full 360 sales process from start to finish including collection of new customer information accurately.

Customer Service Assistant Key Qualifications:

• Customer Service Excellence: If you have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.
• Call Center Experience: Do you have previous experience in a call center environment? Though the role is not call centre based, your skills are a valuable asset in this role.
