The Customer Service position would require Property & Casualty licensing, must complete licensing with in 90 days all fee's for licensing paid for by agent. Responsibilities require servicing of auto and fire policy's including initiating claims, taking payments and processing request made by customers. Must speak spanish.
Looking for a customer service representative with a passion for helping people and driven and motivated to meet office goals working as a team. Phone skills are important as most customer service request are taken by phone.
