Monosem USA is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager Near Kansas, KS

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, building and maintaining customer relationships within company's strategies, and achieving sales targets aligned with company goals. Starting Base salary will be based on candidate's experience.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals
- Identify and develop new market opportunities compatible with company strategy
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication (teams calls, phone, in person)
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate and attend farm shows and open houses in the territory
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and identify growth opportunities

- Assist and travel with sales representatives and or dealers in your designated territory

- Spend time in the field to understand customers unique planting needs

- Work with Production and Engineering to align the sales order and drawing with customer requirements. Communicate product improvement ideas from the field and from customer interactions in order to facilitate product development.

- Produce timely and customized price quotes to dealers or customers.

- Work with office manager to maintain current account receivables.

- Maintains company’s core values of teamwork, problem solving, and respect of self, customers, company, and team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, specifically Agriculture.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
