Monaco Enterprises, Inc., a Spokane Valley based manufacturer of Fire and Emergency Management Systems for the past 53 years, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Primary responsibilities include:

Job Duties:

• Conduct technical reviews of fire and force protection system requirements
• Prepare and support system quotations
• Assemble technical information and respond to customer inquiries
• Support outside sales representatives with customer contact and order status
• Research product requests in coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Documentation teams

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient with Google Workspace applications and Gmail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain goal-oriented focus
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Technical knowledge of alarm, signal, fire, mass notification, and life safety systems a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

• BA in Business or Technical Degree preferred
• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a technical field
• Experience with fire, mass notification, and life safety systems is advantageous

The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. Frequently the employee needs to be able to talk, hear, stand, move about the office, bend and twist at the waist. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs, crouch, kneel and reach above shoulder level.
