K9 Country Club in the Spokane Valley is accepting resumes for a sales associate in our busy pet storefront. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have exceptional customer service skills, communication, and enjoy helping pet parents locate items of need, schedule daycare, grooming and boarding. The position requires flexibility of schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. We are team oriented and want someone with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
