Modine Manufacturing Company is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Jefferson, MO
- Ensures a safe operating environment and the safety of all employees.
- Meet daily production goals under established cost and quality standards.
- Select, train, mentor, and supervise Production Supervisors and Team Leads
- Coordinates all production related activities across multiple departments and multiple shifts.
- Plan labor requirements for production schedules; work closely with Materials group to assure timely changes and efficient use of people and equipment; work with Production Supervisors on departmental scheduling.
- Ensures manufacturing process control in accordance with approved manufacturing methods, quality standards and engineering specifications, and assure that units are within standard costs.
- Mentors the Production Team in continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position. Previous experience in another department is beneficial
- 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including hands-on training, coaching, and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Less than 5%
