Job Summary
Modern Property Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, is able to remain calm under pressure, and has prior scheduling experience in the residential and/or commercial service industry.
Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
• Schedule repair and maintenance appointments
• Document all customer interactions
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, residents, sub-contractors and MPS department leads
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative and Scheduler or in a similar role - Required
• Mastery level experience using CSR or POS computer system - Required (Service Titan is a plus)
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
