Salary : $66,560 - $72.800Job Responsibilities : Exudes a consistently positive company image in all interactions.Delivers professional and amicable communication with customers.

Actively listens to customer needs, swiftly determining appropriate solutions.Quickly and effectively resolves customer issues like shipping or invoicing problems.

Maintains accurate customer profiles and efficiently handles claim forms.Channels customer queries about products or services to the relevant contact.

Provides prompt and precise responses to incoming customer requests.Processes customer orders, changes, and returns adhering to departmental protocols.

Supports Customer Satisfaction Surveys to improve service quality.Updates pricing promptly upon request.Ensures daily accuracy of order intake and backlog.

Flexibly fulfills other assigned duties.Other duties as assigned.Basic Hiring Criteria : High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service. Engineering or Order Manufacturing experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Must be proficient with computers.Proficient in Office suites. Word, Excel, Outlook.Dependable and self-motivated.Able to work with a diverse group of people.
