Responsibilities

• Build clientele via cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and networking.
• Friendly Phone demeanor
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
• Assist with policy changes, update client information, and maintain client retention.
• Setup and maintain benefit enrollment system
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• In Person networking and Trade Show events
• Must Reside in the Denver Metro Area

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience required. 
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. 
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
• Organized, Efficient and goal oriented.
• Must reside within the Greater Denver Area
