This position is in-office, Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. This role is consistently a steppingstone for promotion and growth within our organization.

This opening is present due to an impending promotion.

Essential Duties :

• Receives and directs incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Welcome visitors and guests
• Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail
• Manages conference room scheduling
• Creates new customers upon request
• Manages AR folder / processes credit card payments
• Updates customer card information
• Manage Certificate of Insurance process
• Orders office supplies as needed
• Mail out invoices for billing daily
• Update company phone directory as needed
• Send out new account letters and end of month statements for A / R
• Sorting mail / apply postage and send to other Modern Group branches

Requirements

• Must be well organized with excellent customer service skills
• Professional language and casual attire are essential
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word and Excel
• Position has no supervisory responsibilities
