Customer Service – Digital Print Production

$21 to $23 per hour

We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise. We've been proudly serving the Metro area for more than 8 years. We're looking for a talented customer service / digital print specialist to join our already talented print marketing team. Must be a self starter.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook with an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in phone and email interaction with clients.
• Experience with digital print production equipment (Canon, Konica Minolta).
• Knowledge of paper brands and types.
• Knowledge of print related material including promotional products.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Responsibility and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
• Communicate directly with our in-house production and bindery team.
• Follow up with clients regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
