As a Brand Designer & Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and the way we design and communicate the Mint House brand across all major guest experience touch points. This position is a shared report between the Director of Interior Design and the Marketing Manager, requiring close collaboration with both teams on creative initiatives that enhance the guest experience and refine internal design work-streams. A strong technical graphic design knowledge is a must, but the ideal candidate will also take interest in the company’s overall creative strategy and the future of travel. By cultivating a knowledge of industry and cultural trends, and leveraging both creative and strategic instincts, you’ll support the Brand and Design Teams in refining and scaling our brand representation efforts.
