What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital/social management for a fashion brand or publication
• Equally adept at big picture thinking and tactical execution
• Strategic thinker who demonstrates sound judgment
• Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational style for social Results-oriented self-starter able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Detail oriented and organized
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work hybrid from NYC, NY
• Ability to Travel 10%

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with native in app editing

The expected salary range for this role is $85,680.00 - $122,400.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
